Penstock Square Type Sluice gate valve (PZ-II) Use For Channels Or Tanks
This valve is made of frame, gate, guide rail, sealing strip and adjustable seal. It had the following
features: simple structure, good seal, better anti-friction, easy to install and operate, longer working
service and widely use etc.
The valve is widely used in municipal adminstration, water conservancy, sewage treatment etc. It can
be operated by manual, electri and pneumatic.The connection end has wall type, flange type and
pipeline type.

It is widely used thousands of building material, metallurgy, mining and other industry dust material
flow control line.
It is an ideal equipment to control dust material flow. It is mainly composed of frame, screw nut, hand
wheel, chain wheel, disc, turn the handwheel(chain), screw with the screw nut and damper for the
reciprocating movement of horizontal direction, opening and closing of the valve.
It has simple structure, light weight, flexible operation, convenient installation and made of quality carbon
steel with high strength, good performance, long service life: lead screw and nut used the soft protective
cover structure, is not affected by the dust.

Design Features

3. The integral stainless steel materials can prevent corrosion and damage.
4. The scientific back seal packing box design makes the bak seal safe, effective and durable.
5. The triangle supporter ensures necessary mechanical properties.
6. V shape wedge can serve as control valve.
7. The guide block on the valve body enables the wedge to move correctly and extrusion block provides
effective sealing for the wedge.
8. The design of valve body reinforcing rib can enhance the body strength.
